F.A.Q

  • How much is the deposit to reserve a spot?

A $125 deposit reserves your spot in any Teen or Adult package. The deposit has to be paid by credit or debit card — Zelle and cash cannot be used to complete online registration.

  • Can I pay the deposit with Zelle or cash?

No. The $125 deposit must go through a credit or debit card to hold your place. Once it is paid, you can settle what is left with Zelle, or pay cash in person at a Youth Driving Schools office.

  • When do I pay the rest of the balance?

Any time after the deposit. Registered students pay the balance by card in the student portal, or bring Zelle or cash to an office. Cash and Zelle also cover full or partial payment during in-person registration.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

All refund requests carry a $5.00 processing fee. Requests made after the next calendar day following the contract signing date add a $100 documentation fee, and no refund is issued once any behind-the-wheel training has been completed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • How much does a replacement certificate cost?

A duplicate certificate is $15. Complete the duplicate certificate request form and pay the invoice; once payment is received we process the request and mail your copy.
