Adult Program (18 and Older)
The Adult Program at Youth Driving Schools is open to anyone 18 years of age or older, regardless of citizenship or residency status. The program includes 24 hours of classroom or online instruction and 8 hours of behind-the-wheel training with a fully licensed Ohio instructor. Three package options are available — Adult Program, Premium Bundle, and All In Package — all reservable with a $125 deposit. Select your nearest location in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, or Cleveland to begin enrollment.

Ready to grab your first Ohio driver’s license? This is the course you need! Learn from home, study at your own pace, and get fully prepared for your exams so you can hit the road with confidence.
8-Hour Behind-the-Wheel Training
At Youth Driving School, every student completes 8 hours of required behind-the-wheel driving with one of our professional instructors. We schedule these lessons in 2-hour blocks for the best learning experience. By law, the maximum is 3 hours per day, but since breaks are required after 2 hours, we find that 2-hour sessions keep students more focused and comfortable.
Lessons start and finish at our school location for consistency. If you need pick-up and drop-off service.
During the 8 hours, students will practice on all types of roads—from parking lots and city streets to highways and country roads. If, after completing the required hours, the student or instructor feels that more practice is needed, extra driving time can be purchased in 2-hour minimum packages at $75 per hour (discounted from $95/hour).
Training is always one-on-one with our instructors in our brand-new Toyota Corollas. These cars are equipped with student driver signs, dual mirrors, and instructor brakes to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

Rent one of our well-maintained vehicles for your exam, accompanied by a certified instructor or one of our employees for your final session. Refresh your skills, gain confidence, and head to your exam fully prepared, all while having an experienced instructor or one of our employees drive you back safely. This service is designed to give external students a smooth, familiar, and stress-free exam experience.
